Metabolic Typing / Diet Management
Rapha – METABOLIC TYPING AND DIET MANAGEMENT
When people talk of healthy diet, they automatically assume that it is a vegetarian diet. For some reason, it has been inculcated in people’s mind that to avoid meat or dairies and stick to fruits and vegetables is the healthy way. There is some truth in it but this is not the gospel truth. Some people actually thrive better when they eat meat.
AT Rapha Health, people’s diet are determined not because of their preferences or just go empirically and latch on to everybody’s inclination that vegetarian diet is the healthy diet. Patients are tested and metabolically typed so that proper management is determined not what everyone else is saying but what their brain and bodies are about.
Metabolic typing is based on the Autonomic Nervous System, a part of the Central Nervous System. It consists of two divisions, one is called the sympathetic nervous system while the other is called the parasympathetic nervous system. Each of these two divisions sends messages in the form of electric current to the different parts of the body. There is a nerve from each of the divisions to each part of the body.
The sympathetic nervous system sends messages that in general accelerate or speed up our activities.
On the other hand, the parasympathetic nervous system send messages that retard or slow down our activities.
Determining one’s metabolic type is crucial to the success of preventing or even reversing chronic degenerative diseases.
Other than Rapha Health, no one else in the Philippines does Metabolic Typing, a pre-requisite to the proper management of a sick patient or a well and healthy individual who wants to stay in an optimal health, the so-called Salubrious experience, which is to live longer, healthier, prettier and happier.

Dear Dr. Cris,
Heard you over Bro. Eddie’s program. I’m Type 2 Diabetic. I tried to avoid animal’s meat for about 2 years now. Now, after hearing you, I am not sure if that was the right decision.
May I ask how much would Metabolic Typing costs? If I understand it right, this is most basic test to guide me the right diet.
Thanks,
Marlo P.Colimbo
Good day Sir,
My Dad have high blood, while both of my parents are type 1 Diabetics and I don’t want to inherit that, the problem is, I’m having shoot ups on my blood pressure, At present, I have fatty liver, and PVC on my ecg, I was tending before to alternative medicines, also taking chelated magnesium, BP balance and some medicines like ALA and NAC (N-Acetyl-1-Cysteine) for my liver, hoping that it will reduce or remove the fats on my liver, I’am 5’11, 86 kg, and still losing weight, including taking less red meats, however, for almost a year, none happened, and just recently i’m having shoot ups again to my BP, I just had a cough for 3 weeks, all was normal, and the Pulmonologist suggested to let me take Losartan 50mg for 1 month to monitor or lower my BP, it works ok, however I would like to minimize use of synthetics, Do you have such medicines, If ever, how much would it cost and what are the necessary treatments or test before I visit your clinic?
God bless…
